1. An organic electrolyte, a salt, a phosphate ester and a fluoroether, and not comprising a carbonate ester, wherein the salt is a sodium salt;
the structural formula of the phosphate ester is represented by formula (1) or formula (2), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are a C1-C8 alkyl or an aryl independently;
the structural formula of the fluoroether is represented by formula (3), wherein R4 and R6 are fluorinated or partially fluorinated carbon chains of C1-C4 independently, R5 is C0, or R5 is a fluorinated or partially fluorinated carbon chain of C2 or C3, and n is 1, 2, 3 or 4;
