1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the substrate to be spaced apart from each other;
a first insulating layer disposed on the substrate to cover at least a portion of the first electrode and a portion of the second electrode; and
at least one first light-emitting element disposed on the first insulating layer and between the first electrode and the second electrode,
wherein the first insulating layer comprises:
a first sub-insulating layer including a first portion containing a hydrophilic material and a second portion which is a region of the first insulating layer except for the first portion and which contains a hydrophobic material; and
a second sub-insulating layer disposed below the first sub-insulating layer, and
wherein at least a portion of the at least one first light-emitting element is disposed on the first portion.
