a casino management system coupled to a plurality of devices located within a casino property and including one or more processors programmed to execute an algorithm including the steps of:
receiving a facial image of a player from an imaging device positioned within the casino property; and
accessing a biometric gallery and executing a player sign-up operation when a face ID matching the received facial image is not found in the biometric gallery by:
creating a new face ID in the biometric gallery; and
creating a player tracking account associated with the new face ID; and
executing an existing anonymous player sign-up operation when the face ID matching the received facial image is found by:
identifying an existing anonymous player tracking record associated with the face ID; and
transmitting a message to an account sign-up device to cause the account sign-up device to display a prompt to provide updated player information.
