1. A computer-implemented method for automatic generation of convergent data mappings for branches in an integration workflow, comprising:
generating a branch schema for each branch, wherein the branch schema represents a union of the individual node output schemas on a branch;
selecting and creating one or more unified field attributes, wherein the one or more unified filed attributes provide an advantage in terms of time and a decrease in cognitive load;
generating a common output schema for a convergence point, wherein the common output schema represents an intersection of the branch schemas; and
generating branch mappings from each branch node to the common output schema.
