A heat spreader, comprising a first substrate and a plurality of first heat dissipation fins, the plurality of first heat dissipation fins being arranged side by side on the first substrate at intervals in a first preset direction, and the heat spreader meeting constraints of the following Relational expression 1 and Relational expression 2:
