1. An isolated antibody that specifically binds to O25b antigen of Escherichia coli (E. coli) strains, comprising a heavy chain variable region (VH) and a light chain variable region (VL), wherein the VH and VL are identical to the VH and VL of a monoclonal antibody comprising:
a) a heavy chain (HC) sequence identified as SEQ ID NO:200; and a light chain (LC) sequence identified as SEQ ID NO:264;
b) a HC sequence identified as SEQ ID NO:201; and a LC sequence identified as SEQ ID NO: 265;
