6. A warning and emergency light configured to be mounted on a roof of a vehicle comprising:
a pair of opposing rail light fixtures;
a pair of transvers bars connected between said pair of opposing rail light fixtures;
each of said pair of opposing rail light fixtures comprising,
a rail with opposing ends and an open longitudinal channel and a longitudinal conduit adjacent to the open longitudinal channel, the open longitudinal channel and the longitudinal conduit extend between the opposing ends, said open longitudinal channel having opposing lips adjacent to and extending along opposing edges of the open longitudinal channel, said rail having rail through holes formed along the open longitudinal channel and extending into the longitudinal conduit;
a longitudinal light mounting strip configured to be held within the open longitudinal channel by the opposing lips;
a plurality of lights mounted on said longitudinal light mounting strip;
light mounting strip through holes formed in said longitudinal light mounting strip, said light mounting strip through holes configured to correspond to the rail through holes formed along the open longitudinal channel, whereby said light mounting strip through holes and said light mounting strip through holes permit electrical wires placed within the longitudinal conduit to be routed to each of said plurality of lights mounted on said longitudinal light mounting strip held within the open longitudinal channel.
