1. A position sensing device for use in a wound monitoring and/or therapy system, the position sensing device comprising:
at least one sensor; and
a controller including one or more processors, the controller configured to communicate with the at least one sensor and further configured to:
based at least in part on data received from the at least one sensor, determine a position and/or orientation of at least one alignment feature of a wound dressing configured to be positioned in contact with a wound, the wound dressing comprising a plurality of sensors configured to measure a plurality of wound characteristics and the at least one alignment feature associated with a position and/or orientation of the wound dressing;
based at least in part on the position and/or orientation of the at least one alignment feature, determine a position and/or orientation of at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors of the wound dressing; and
provide an indication of a status of the position and/or orientation of the at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors of the wound dressing relative to the wound.
