1. A method of reducing the amount of nitrogen-containing fertilizer applied to a plant, the method comprising applying an agriculturally acceptable composition to said plant, a part of said plant or to a growth medium comprising said plant or plant part, wherein the agriculturally acceptable composition comprises a stabilizer, a preservative, a dispersant, a freezing point depressant, a wetting agent, and an isolated bacterial species that comprises Paenibacillus polymyxa Strain 66545, which is deposited with the NRRL as Accession No. B-68114 deposit date 7 Apr. 2022; wherein the isolated bacterial species is exogenously disposed to said plant and present in an amount of at least about 10 3 CFU per gram of the agriculturally acceptable composition; wherein the plant has elevated biomass or yield as compared to a control plant not having said isolated bacterial strain applied to it.
