1. A method for capturing and displaying video and for identifying and marking of an element, for use with a cellular network, and for use with a handheld casing that comprises opposed first and second exterior surfaces and that encloses a light source, first and second video cameras, an image processor, a display, a rechargeable battery, a cellular antenna, and a cellular transmitter, the method comprising:
illuminating, by the light source that is powered by the battery;
capturing, via a first optical lens that is attached to the first surface, by the first video camera that is powered by the battery, a first video data;
capturing, via a second optical lens that is attached to the second surface, by the second video camera that is powered by the battery, a second video data;
identifying, by the image processor that is powered by the battery, the element in the first video data;
displaying, by the display that comprises having a flat screen and is powered by the battery, the captured first and second video data;
displaying, by the display, a marking of the identified element;
coupling, by the cellular antenna, to the cellular network; and
transmitting, to the cellular network by the cellular transmitter that is powered by the battery and is coupled between the cellular antenna and the video cameras, the captured first and second captured video data.
