1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
monitoring one or more messages posted by an originating device on a first social networking website, wherein the originating device on the first social networking website is operated by a user that authored the one or more messages, and wherein the user is associated with a first user profile of the first social networking website;
identifying one or more criteria within the one or more messages, wherein the one or more criteria are associated with content of the one or more messages, and wherein the content includes one or more keywords corresponding to a third party entity unassociated with the first social networking website;
generating a response message to the one or more messages based on the criteria, wherein the response message includes data for actuating transmission of a service request to a designated recipient device corresponding to the criteria and a link selectable to connect the originating device to a device of the third party entity;
retrieving a second user profile of the user from a second social networking website;
aggregating the first user profile with the second user profile into an aggregated user profile stored in memory; and
transmitting the response message, wherein the response message is transmitted using the second social networking website indicated by the aggregated user profile.
