1. A method performed at a first wireless device that is full-duplex capable and that wirelessly communicates with at least a second wireless device and a third wireless device, the method comprising:
sending to the second wireless device a frame that causes the second wireless device to send a first transmission to the first wireless device after a first time interval;
waiting a second time interval after the second wireless device is expected to begin sending the first transmission;
receiving the first transmission from the second wireless device; and
after the second time interval, and while receiving the first transmission from the second wireless device, sending to the third wireless device a second transmission that overlaps at least partially in frequency and time with the first transmission from the first wireless device.
