1. A method of operating a user equipment in a radio access network, the method comprising transmitting feedback signaling pertaining to a plurality of cells, the feedback signaling being transmitted at a power level, the power level being based on a difference between a value V and a value U, the value V being indicative of a highest downlink assignment index (DAI) received during a monitoring occasion, and the value U being indicative of a total number of scheduling assignments for the plurality of cells received by the user equipment.
