1. A method of transmitting, by a communication device, an information block in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
encoding, by the communication device, the information block based on a low density parity check (LDPC) code matrix

transmitting, by the communication device, the encoded information block,
wherein each element of the LDPC code matrix represents a Z*Z zero matrix, or a Z*Z circulant permutation matrix obtained by circularly shifting a Z*Z identity matrix to the right a non-negative integer number of times,
wherein “[A B]” is a Mb*(Kb+Mb) matrix,
wherein “B” is a Mb*Mb dual diagonal matrix, in which every element of “B” represents the Z*Z zero matrix except for Mb elements at a first diagonal of “B”, (Mb−1) elements at a second diagonal right above the first diagonal of “B” and two elements below the first diagonal of “B” in a first column of “B”,
wherein “C” is a Mb*Mc matrix, in which every element of “C” represents the Z*Z zero matrix,
wherein “E” is a Mc*Mc single diagonal matrix, in which every element of “E” represents the Z*Z zero matrix except for Mc elements at a diagonal of “E”,
wherein “D” is a Mc*(Kb+Mb) matrix consisting of (Mc−Y) upper rows and Y lower rows, where (Mc−Y) is a positive integer,
wherein the Y lower rows are a row orthogonal structure in which every two consecutive rows of the Y lower rows have at most one element not representing the Z*Z zero matrix in each column, and
wherein the (Mc−Y) upper rows are a quasi-row orthogonal structure in which:
i) every two consecutive rows of the (Mc−Y) upper rows have at most one element representing a Z*Z circulant permutation matrix in each column, except for 2 leftmost columns of “D”; and
ii) for each row i of the (Mc−Y) upper rows, where i=1, . . . , Mc−Y, the row i and a row right above the row i or the row i and a row right below the row i have more than one element representing a Z*Z circulant permutation matrix in at least one of the 2 leftmost columns.
