1. A radiating element, comprising:
a first dipole radiator that extends along a first axis, the first dipole radiator including first and second dipole arms that are configured to resonate at a first frequency and third and fourth dipole arms that are configured to resonate at a second frequency that is different than the first frequency,
wherein each of the first and second dipole arms comprises a plurality of conductive segments that are on a first side of a printed circuit board and each of the third and fourth dipole arms comprises a plurality of conductive segments that are on a second side of the printed circuit board,
wherein at least two adjacent ones of the conductive segments in the third dipole arm are electrically connected to each other by a first meandered conductive trace that is on the first side of the printed circuit board.
