1. A two-wire device to deliver power from an AC source to an electrical load, the two-wire device comprising:
a controllably conductive device couplable in series between the AC source and the electrical load; and
control circuitry operatively coupled to the controllably conductive device, the control circuitry to:
maintain the controllably conductive device in a conductive state for a portion of an alternating current (AC) half-cycle;
maintain the controllably conductive device in a non-conductive state for a remaining portion of an AC half-cycle;
receive, from a voltage measurement circuit, a plurality of measured AC voltage values measured across the controllably conductive device, each of the plurality of AC voltage values measured at a first sampling interval for the portion of the AC half-cycle in which the controllably conductive device is non-conductive;
extrapolate a plurality of AC voltage values indicative of the AC voltage across the electrical load, each of the plurality of extrapolated AC voltage values determined at a second sampling interval for the portion of the AC half-cycle in which the controllably conductive device is conductive;
receive, from a current measurement circuit, one or more values corresponding to a current provided by the AC source to the electrical load; and
determine a value corresponding to the power delivered to the electrical load based on the plurality of extrapolated AC voltage values and the one or more measured current values.
