1. A connector for connecting two fluid-conducting elements, one fluid-conducting element having a male plug-in part, the connector comprising:
a female plug-in part configured to receive the male plug-in part inserted in an insertion direction;
a retainer hooked up to the female plug-in part, and structured to fix the male plug-in part to the female plug-in part;
wherein the female plug-in part has at least one verification element in the form of a code, which in an unfixed state of the male plug-in part is covered at least in areas by at least one aperture arranged on the female plug-in part and is unreadable and/or the female plug-in part has at least one part of a verification element in the form of a part of a code, wherein the verification element or the code is incomplete and unreadable in the unfixed state of the male plug-in part; and
wherein at least one additional or the missing part of the verification element or the code is arranged on the at least one aperture on the female plug-in part, wherein the at least one aperture is shifted in such a way during insertion of the male plug-in part into the female plug-in part that the verification element or the code is complete and/or readable in a fixed or completely inserted state of the male plug-in part.
