1. A rotary drill bit, comprising:
a bit body;
a plurality of blades; and
a plurality of cutting elements mounted to at least one of the plurality of blades, at least one of the cutting elements including:
a cemented carbide substrate including a cementing constituent having about 40 weight % to about 70 weight % nickel and about 30 weight % to about 60 weight % cobalt; and
a polycrystalline diamond table bonded to the cemented carbide substrate, the polycrystalline diamond table including a plurality of bonded-together diamond grains defining a plurality of interstitial regions, at least a portion of interstitial regions including cobalt disposed therein, wherein the polycrystalline diamond table comprises about 0 weight % to about 1 weight % nickel.
