1. A method for preparing a steviol glycosides composition comprising the steps of: (a) passing an initial mixture of steviol glycosides further comprising a solvent through a column packed with a polymer resin wherein the steviol glycosides are retained weakly in the column; and (b) using the solvent to collect a fraction with a high content of Reb D, Reb E, Reb M, Reb N and Reb O to provide a solution with high content of Reb D, Reb E, Reb M, Reb N and Reb O, wherein the Reb DEMNO/T13SG ratio in the solution is higher than the Reb DEMNO/T13SG ratio of the initial mixture of steviol glycosides.
