1. A compound of general formula (I)

wherein Rn and Rm independently represent a C3-C27 alkyl group,
R1 to R6, which may be the same or different at each occurrence, represent hydrogen or a C1-C8 alkyl group or wherein a pair of substituents selected from R1, R2 and R3 in formula (I) or from R4, R5 and R6 in formula (I), optionally form a divalent hydrocarbon radical with 2 to 6 carbon atoms thereby forming a ring structure with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached,
wherein at least one of R1 to R6 is a methyl group, and
X1 and X2, which are the same or different at each occurrence, represent a linear or branched divalent hydrocarbon radical with 1 to 24 carbon atoms which can be optionally substituted and/or interrupted by one or more heteroatoms or heteroatom containing groups.
