1. A system comprising one or more processors that are configured to:
obtain, from one or more sensors, an image of an interior of a vehicle;
obtain, from the image, multiple sub-images;
determine, for each sub-image of the multiple sub-images, whether a portion of the seat belt is present; and
responsive to a determination that the portion of the seat belt is not present in any sub-image of the multiple sub-images, determine that the seat belt is not being used; or
responsive to a determination that the portion of the seat belt is present in each sub-image of the multiple sub-images, determine that the seat belt is being used.
