1. A system for optimization of spectrum utilization in an electromagnetic environment, comprising:
at least one monitoring sensor configured to monitor the electromagnetic environment and to create measured data;
at least one data analysis engine configured to analyze the measured data to create analyzed data, including radio frequency (RF) awareness parameters; and
at least one server;
wherein the at least one data analysis engine includes at least one artificial intelligence (AI) agent operable to use AI or machine learning (ML) to filter the RF awareness parameters to create actionable parameters;
wherein the at least one data analysis engine includes a graphical mapping engine operable to create a cost function based on the actionable parameters;
wherein the graphical mapping engine is configured to divide the cost function based on at least one subdivision resolution parameter to create subdivisions;
wherein the at least one subdivision resolution parameter is generated based on customer goals;
wherein the graphical mapping engine is configured to evaluate at least one of the subdivisions against a constraint function to generate optimized actionable parameters for optimizing network resources in the electromagnetic environment; and
wherein the graphical mapping engine communicates the optimized actionable parameters to the at least one server.
