1. A computer-implemented method executed by a proxy network in communication with a host network, comprising:
injecting one or more graphical elements into an object display provided through a proxy application executing on an instantiating source device, wherein the proxy application is in communication with the proxy network, wherein the object display corresponds to an object type, and wherein one or more graphical elements provide an indication that the object type qualifies for a suspended storage device update;
receiving a request to initiate the suspended storage device update, wherein the request includes an indication of the object type and a first subset of parameters from a set of parameters that define different objects associated with the object type, and wherein the request is received in response to selection of the one or more graphical elements;
identifying a set of object identifiers corresponding to a set of objects from the different objects, wherein the set of objects is associated with the object type and the first subset of parameters, and wherein the set of object identifiers is identified through a host storage device associated with the proxy network;
updating the object display to provide an object result corresponding to a representative numerical counter associated with the set of objects, wherein when the object result is displayed through the proxy application executing on the instantiating source device, the proxy application transfers the object result from a counter transfer source to the host network; and
injecting one or more displays into a graphical user interface corresponding to the host network to initiate the suspended storage device update, wherein when the suspended storage device update is initiated, a terminating source device selects a second subset of parameters from the set of parameters through the one or more displays, and wherein the first subset of parameters and the second subset of parameters are used collectively to select a unique object from the set of objects for completion of the suspended storage device update.
