1. A compound Compound-of Formula II:

A is an unsaturated group allowing the delocalization of electrons selected from substituted or unsubstituted aryl and heteroaryl groups, and their fused or unfused polycyclic equivalents;
R is an organic linking group selected from unsubstituted linear or branched C2-6alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched C2-6alkyleneoxy, substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched C2-6alkyleneglycol, substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched C2-6alkyleneoxyC2-6alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched poly (C2-6alkyleneglycol), substituted or unsubstituted C6-12arylene, substituted or unsubstituted C3-12cycloalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted C5-12heteroarylene, and substituted or unsubstituted C3-12heterocycloalkylene; and
m represents the number of sulfur atoms inserted into the disulfide bond of the compound and cannot be zero.
