1. A signal processing device comprising:
an image processor configured to scale an input image to a first resolution;
a resolution enhancement processor configured to perform learning on the input image and output a residual image having the first resolution; and
an image output interface configured to output an output image having the first resolution based on the scaled input image from the image processor and the residual image from the resolution enhancement processor,
wherein the image output interface changes a weight or an application strength of the residual image according to an area of the input image,
wherein the image output interface is configured to set the weight or the application strength of the residual image to be larger with respect to a letter area of a flat area of the input image and the letter area of the input image, and output the output image of the first resolution generated based on the set weight or the application strength,
wherein the image output interface is configured to increase and then decrease the set weight or the application strength of an area between the flat area and the letter area of the input image.
