1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a device, request data from a plurality of channels corresponding to a request, the request data having a plurality of sub-segments corresponding to the plurality of channels;
extracting, by the device executing a feature extraction model to each of the sub-segments, at least one feature from each of the sub-segments;
executing, by the device, respective predictive models to the at least one feature corresponding to each of the sub-segments;
determining, by the device, a plurality of outputs of each of the respective predictive models via the application of the respective predictive models to the at least one feature corresponding to each of the sub-segments;
determining, by the device, an action to be performed with respect to the request based on a combination of the plurality of outputs; and
causing, by the device, over a network, another device to perform the action, the caused performance of the action comprising instructions being sent over the network, by the device, to the other device, that cause, without user involvement, the other device to automatically perform the action based on the instructions received from the device.
