1. A photodetector, comprising
a plurality of pixels, wherein
each pixel of the plurality of pixels comprises a light receiving element, and
a pixel of the plurality of pixels is configured to output light reception data;
a control circuit configured to receive a trigger signal; and
a sampling circuit corresponding to the plurality of pixels, wherein the sampling circuit is configured to sample the light reception data based on a plurality of clock signals having different phases, in synchronization with the received trigger signal, wherein
the sampling circuit comprises a latch circuit,
the latch circuit is configured to sample the light reception data, based on a clock signal having a different phase every time the trigger signal is received, and
the plurality of clock signals comprises the clock signal.
