1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage mediums having stored thereon executable computer program instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
detecting a mobile device of a user at a first wireless access point for an elevator system;
requesting authentication of the user, by the first wireless access point, for use of the elevator system from an authentication server;
upon receiving the authentication for the user from the authentication server at the first wireless access point, the authentication including identification of a first authorized destination for the user, calling, by an elevator control, a first elevator for the user;
detecting the mobile device in the first elevator by a second access point; and
confirming entry of the user into the first elevator based on the detection of the mobile device by the second access point; and
directing the first elevator to the first authorized destination after confirming the entry of the user into the first elevator.
