1. A composition of matter comprising:
a hybrid insulation compound comprising, by mass:
2 to 60% inorganic particles;
5 to 40% spheres of micro silica; and
5 to 50% water,
wherein the inorganic particles have a diameter within a range of 10 to 1000 nanometers.
