a plurality of light-emitting elements on an active area of a display panel;
an encapsulation layer on the plurality of light-emitting elements;
a plurality of touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer;
a plurality of touch routing lines electrically connected to the plurality of touch electrodes, the plurality of touch routing lines extending to a pad area positioned outside of the encapsulation layer;
a touch insulating layer under the plurality of touch routing lines; and
a planarization layer under the touch insulating layer and extending to an area between the active area and the pad area,
wherein an angle of inclination of a first side surface of the planarization layer that overlaps the plurality of touch routing lines and faces the pad area is less than an angle of inclination of a second side surface of the planarization layer that is non-overlapping with the plurality of touch routing lines.
