1. A porous polymer actuator comprising:
a porous polymer separation membrane having pores; and
a conductive polymer layer coated on one surface and in the pores of the porous polymer separation membrane,
wherein the porous polymer actuator has a gradient wherein the amount of the conductive polymer coated in the pores decreases from the one surface of the porous polymer separation membrane toward the other surface.
