L1 and L2 are each independently a single bond or a C6-C60 arylene group,
L3 is a single bond,
R1 is hydrogen or deuterium,
a is an integer of 0-9,
Ar1, Ar2, L1 and L2 may be each optionally substituted with deuterium or a C6-C20 aryl group substituted with deuterium, and
at least one of Ar1Ar2, L1 and L2 is substituted with deuterium.
