1. An organic light emitting display (“OLED”) device, comprising:
a substrate having an opening;
a groove surrounding the opening, the groove penetrating the substrate and blocking water and/or moisture permeated from the opening into a display region;
a plurality of light emitting devices in the display region and surrounding the groove, the plurality of light emitting devices disposed and above on the substrate;
a plurality of wirings electrically connected to the light emitting devices;
a block structure surrounding the groove and the opening;
a first insulation layer covering the block structure and the groove; and
a conductive pattern disposed over the first insulation layer and disposed directly over an area between the opening and the block structure, wherein
the first insulation layer has a protruded portion at a boundary of the groove, for the groove to have an undercut shape, and
the conductive pattern overlaps the protruded portion in a plan view; and wherein the protruded portion has a top surface and a side surface that are substantially perpendicular.
