1. A method, comprising:
receiving, at a receiver of user equipment, an indication of a number of physical resource blocks and subcarrier spacing of at least a portion of a transmission channel;
receiving, by the user equipment, a dynamic transmission bandwidth of at least the portion of the transmission channel based on the number of physical resource blocks and the subcarrier spacing; and
transmitting, by a transmitter of the user equipment, a signal over at least the portion of the transmission channel based on the dynamic transmission bandwidth being greater than a threshold bandwidth using a power, the power being based on a maximum output power capacity of the user equipment, a maximum power reduction, and a power backoff associated with one or more frequency bands of the transmission channel.
