1. An electronic device comprising:
at least one processor comprising processing circuitry; and
memory comprising one or more storage media storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively for managing a traffic based on a profile associated with a traffic processing of a user plane function (UPF) in a wireless communication system, the one or more programs including instructions to cause the electronic device to:
receive, from the UPF, context information associated with a traffic for a data packet processed in the UPF;
update traffic history information based on the context information;
determine a target profile for data restructuring of cache line based on the traffic history information;
identify a profile that at least matches the target profile, from among the plurality of profiles that have been stored with respect to the UPF; and
perform the data restructuring of cache line by restructuring a data set included in the identified profile to include data for processing the context information.
