1. A device, comprising:
a true random number generator configured to generate a true random number generator (TRNG) ID according to a physical noise of the device;
a first memory circuit configured to store a plurality of identifications of the device that are used to generate first hash data through a hash algorithm, wherein the plurality of identifications comprises the TRNG ID;
a processing circuit coupled to the first memory circuit and configured to:
select at least one bit of each of the plurality of identifications, written to the first memory circuit, in sequence to form a bit sequence;
generate second hash data through the hash algorithm based on the bit sequence; and
authenticate the first memory circuit according to a comparison between the first hash data and the second hash data.
