1. A syringe and label assembly comprising:
a syringe body having a distal end and a proximal end;
a tip cap assembly having a distal end and a proximal end; and
a label at least partially surrounding the distal end of the syringe body and the proximal end of the tip cap assembly,
wherein the label comprises an integrated RFID tag.
