1. A near-eye display device, comprising:
a substrate;
a light-emitting element, located on the substrate and comprising a first type semiconductor pattern;
an active element, located adjacent to the light-emitting element, and a channel layer of the active element and the first type semiconductor pattern of the light-emitting element belonging to a same layer;
an optical layer, covering the light-emitting element and the active element; and
a light guide structure, located on the optical layer and comprising an in-coupling portion and an out-coupling portion, wherein the in-coupling portion is overlapped with the light-emitting element.
