1. A method for attaching a leveling system to a vehicle frame, said method comprising:
providing a vehicle frame having a first frame rail defining a first set of manufacturer-provided apertures disposed to facilitate attachment of a frame attachment in an open end of said first frame rail;
identifying said first set of said manufacturer-provided apertures for use in attaching a first jack to said first frame rail;
providing said first jack, said first jack having an upper portion and a lower portion, said lower portion being extendable with respect to said upper portion;
providing a first mounting bracket coupled to said jack, said first mounting bracket defining a second set of apertures configured to align with said first set of apertures, said first mounting bracket including a portion welded to said upper portion of said first jack;
providing a set of fasteners;
providing said first frame attachment, said first frame attachment defining a third set of manufacturer-provided apertures;
inserting said first frame attachment into said open end of said first frame rail to align said third set of manufacturer-provided apertures of said first frame attachment with said first set of manufacturer-provided apertures of said first frame rail;
aligning said second set of apertures of said first mounting bracket with said first set of manufacturer-provided apertures of said vehicle frame;
disposing each fastener of said set of fasteners through a respective aperture of said second set of apertures of said first mounting bracket, through a respective aperture of said third set of manufacturer-provided apertures, and through a respective aperture of said first set of manufacturer-provided apertures of said first frame rail; and
securing each fastener of said set of fasteners to rigidly fix said first frame attachment and said first mounting bracket to said first frame rail of said vehicle frame, thereby rigidly fixing said jack to said first frame rail of said vehicle in a fixed orientation with respect to said first frame rail of said vehicle.
