1. A method for controlling vehicle air conditioner applied in a vehicle on-board controller, comprising:
sending key data to a terminal, the key data being configured for the terminal to generate a target pre-control strategy by using a preset neural network model;
acquiring a target command sent by the terminal, the target command being generated and sent by the terminal at a target time according to the target pre-control strategy, and the target pre-control strategy being generated by inputting the key data into the present neutral network model, and the target pre-control strategy is confirmed by the user; and
controlling a vehicle on-board battery, according to the target command, to provide a target input power for a vehicle air conditioner within a preset length of time to control the vehicle air conditioner to precool or preheat for the preset length of time from the target time, wherein electrical energy of the vehicle on-board battery is obtained by storing electrical energy output by an electric generator while the vehicle is running.
