1. A decorative material comprising:
a texture region on a base material, the texture region being composed of:
a plurality of projection regions that comprise a plurality of particles with a particle size of 5 μm or more and 60 μm or less and are independent of each other; and a gap region between the projection regions,
wherein:
an average diameter of circumscribed circles of the projection regions, when the texture region is viewed in plan view, is 100 μm or more and 500 μm or less; and
the particles with a particle size of 5 μm or more and 60 μm or less are organic fillers.
