1. An in-line sterilization system comprising:
a container comprising a reservoir portion defining an internal volume;
a caddie sized and shaped to releasably secure the container; and
a sterilization system comprising:
a first light source and a second light source forming a sterilization zone between the first and second light sources, each of the first and second light sources configured to transmit pulsed ultraviolet light into the sterilization zone; and
a transport system comprising a turntable having a perimeter region configured to support the caddie and move the caddie through the sterilization zone,
wherein the reservoir portion, the caddie, and at least the perimeter region of the turntable are transparent to the ultraviolet light to sterilize the container prior to the internal volume being filled with a pharmaceutical.
