27. An external ear canal pressure system, comprising:
an earpiece being configured to engage a first external ear canal of a first ear of a user;
a fluid flow generator that is configured to generate a fluid flow between the earpiece and the first external ear canal to adjust a pressure in the first external ear canal;
a controller configured to operate the fluid flow generator to:
produce a first pressure differential in the first external ear canal; and
produce a second pressure differential in the first external ear canal or a second external ear canal of a second ear of the user; and
a user interface that includes a symptom ranking element that enables the user to enter a first symptom rank value for a symptom of a neurological disorder prior to the first pressure differential and to enter a second symptom rank value for the symptom of the neurological disorder subsequent to the first pressure differential;
wherein the second pressure differential is based at least in part on an effect of the first pressure differential on the symptom of the neurological disorder.
