15. A curved wire loop for retracting tissue, comprising:
a first end portion configured for attachment to tissue to be dissected, the first end portion including a free end portion formed by a first end of the curved wire loop joined to a second end of the curved wire loop;
a second end portion laterally spaced from the first end portion and configured for attachment to the tissue to be dissected, the first and second end portions biased toward each other; and
a tissue engagement member disposed on the free end portion and extending laterally from opposing sides of the curved wire loop at the free end portion for attachment of the tissue engagement member to the tissue.
