1. An endoscope system comprising:
an endoscope that captures an image of a living tissue in a body cavity; and
an image processor that performs image processing on a captured image captured by the endoscope,
wherein the endoscope includes
an image sensor configured to capture an image of the living tissue, and
an objective lens provided on a front side of a light receiving surface of the image sensor and configured to form the image of the living tissue on the light receiving surface,
the image processor includes
a three-dimensional expansion processor configured to calculate different directions of a feature part visible from at least two different capturing positions based on position information of the feature part, which is distinguishably identified from other parts and included in common in a plurality of the captured images captured at the different capturing positions by the endoscope, and to expand two-dimensional information of an image of the feature part to three-dimensional information, and
an identity determination section configured to determine whether or not the feature part included in each of the plurality of images is identical using at least one of color information and an outline shape information of the feature part.
