1. A method for making a composition for treating a plant wherein said method comprises;
i) inoculating a liquid culture medium with Methylobacterium strain NLS0934 deposited as NRRL B-67341;
ii) growing the Methylobacterium strain in said medium to a titer of at least 5×108 CFU per ml; and
iii) harvesting the Methylobacterium from said medium.
