1. A system comprising:
a remote computing system comprising a user interface (UI) and one or microprocessors,
wherein the remote computing system is configured to receive executable code, packages of electrocardiogram (ECG) data, and associated metadata from a server,
wherein the executable code is configured to be executed by the one or more mocroprocessors locally on the remote computing system to:
generate a report simulation page including strips of the ECG data and a summary of patient data based on the ECG data and the metadata associated with the ECG data,
display the report simulation page in the UI,
display a report build page in the UI, the report build page including the ECG data and the metadata,
modify the metadata in the report build page by changing a classification associated with a set of beats contained in the ECG data,
calculate, using the executable code operated at the remote computing system, updated metadata as a result of the classification being changed, and
automatically update the report simulation page in response to the updated metadata.
