1. A whip system comprising:
a base component comprising a first electrical connector disposed in a base housing and one or more wires coupled to the first electrical connector and routed through the base housing;
a collar component comprising a second electrical connector disposed in a collar housing and configured to electrically couple with the first electrical connector, wherein the whip system comprises one or more features configured to align the base component with the collar component; and
a whip component configured to couple to the one or more wires via the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector.
