1. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a memory configured to store one or more instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions to:
capture an image of a matching area;
acquire first biometrics information of one or more first registrants among a plurality of registrants, the first biometrics information of the one or more first registrants being generated by extracting from biometrics information of the plurality of registrants based on reservation information related to the plurality of registrants and an extraction condition, the first biometrics information comprising information on a plurality of reservation persons, selected based on the reservation information comprising, a reservation time associated with each of the plurality of reservation persons, and based on a current time, and the first biometrics information of the one or more first registrants corresponding to a smaller subset of registrants than biometrics information of the plurality of registrants;
perform a matching process of matching second biometrics information of a person detected in the image with the first biometrics information of the one or more first registrants;
based on the matching process not being successful, determine whether the person is a registrant, among the one or more first registrants, based on an authentication card;
based on the matching process being successful or the person being authenticated as one of the one or more first registrants based on the authentication card, allow the person to pass through the matching area to a restricted area; and
restrict the person from passing through the matching area based on the person not being authorized as one of the one or more first registrants based on the authentication card.
