1. A system for providing personal payment transactions, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
storage media storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to perform operations comprising:
determining a technical experience level for a payer or a payee based on one or more of the following associated with the payer or payee: age, commercial activities, input provided during a set up procedure related to a payment transaction system, information gathered from social networking sites, or prior usage of an application;
generating, based on proximity detection of payees to the payer, one or more first interfaces to effectuate a personal payment transaction by:
obtaining, via the one or more first interfaces, a location of a user device associated with the payer; and
providing, based on the obtained location of the user device, suggested payees on the one or more first interfaces;
obtaining, from the payer via the one or more first interfaces, an indication of a selected payee from the suggested payees;
providing, on the one or more first interfaces, options to fund a personal payment to the selected payee;
generating one or more second interfaces for the selected payee; and
providing, to the payer via the one or more first interfaces and to the selected payee via the one or more second interfaces, one or more options to route the personal payment associated with the personal payment transaction, wherein the one or more options comprise a payment rail determined based on rankings by other users with respect to security or speed of the payment rail,
wherein generating at least one of the one or more first interfaces comprises customizing at least one of the one or more first interfaces based on the technical experience level.
